Terms of sale

The OneBC Store is operated by Prints4u. These terms apply to every order placed on this website.

Who you’re buying from

All products are sold, produced and shipped by Prints4u under licence from OneBC. OneBC does not sell these products, and purchases are not political contributions or donations.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST and BC PST are added at checkout where they apply.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged when you place the order.
Shipping costs are quoted live at checkout based on your address and order size.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in Canada. Orders usually leave within 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking by email once your parcel ships.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we’ll arrange it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Bulk orders
